The spiral classifer is widely used in the ore beneficiation plants and equipped with ball mill to form a closed circuit cycle system to shunt the ore sand or in the gravity ore beneficiaiton plant to separate the ore sand and fine mud or in the metal dressing flow to separate the pulp. The spiral classifiers manufactured by our company has the features of simple structure, reliable work and convenient operation.

The screw classifier is also called the spiral classifier, spiral separator or China spiral classifier. There are mainly four types of classifiers, namely high weir single spiral separator, high-weir dual spiral separator, sinking single spiral separator and sinking dual spiral separator.

The key components of a screw classifier include main shaft, which is carefully designed and selected to prevent deflection due to the spiral weight and the thrust load imposed by the spiral during raking. Large diameter, seamless steel, tubular shaft with sufficient wall thickness is used for minimum deflection. Heavy duty cast steel arms are clamped to the main shaft.
