High strength Raymond mill is used for ultra-fine powder processing of 280 materials, with the Moth's hardness of 9.3 below and humidity of 6% below, in the works of non-flammable mine, chemical industry and building materials, etc. The materials include barite, calcite, potash feldspar, pencil stone, marble, dolomite, fluorite, limestone, active carbon, bentonite, etc. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 80-325 meshed. And it can reach 2000 meshed at the maximum.

When it is put into use, the materials to be grinded are put into the main frame through the feed-in bin on the side cover. Then it revolves round the vertical axis line by the milling roller hung on the star rack. With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling rings to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus the materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of the milling roller.

When a certain degree of wear of roller and ring is effected, it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring. As a result, the stable output and fineness are ensured.
