The Factors That Affect the Efficiency of The Ball Mill

   Ball Mill is the key milling equipment after the material have been crushed. It is widely used in cerement, silicate, new construction, refractory material, chemical fertilizer,ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as ceramics. It is widely applied to dry or wet grinding for ores and grind-able materials. There are many kinds of it, such as tube mill, rod mill, cement mill, ultrafine laminated grinder, hand ball mill, horizontal ball mill. And based on the way of the discharge, there are lattice type and overflow type. According to the shape of the cylinder, it can be divided into short tube mill, long-barreled ball mill, tube mill and cone mill.
   Although it is widely used in many industries, it is still affected by many factors. And now the followings are them.
   First, it is the nature of the raw material:When the machine starts to work, the hard material should be put firstly, and after some time, we should put the friable materials. It will shorten the time.
   Second, the proportion of the material and the water: The viscous slurry strands the grinding media, so it will slow down the speed.
   Third, speed and lining material.
   Fourth, the grinding media: The material of the grinding media, the filling quantity, shape, size, gradation, supplemental amount, etc. will affect the speed.
   Last, the use of additives: Additives have a grinding aid for a ball mill and the pulverizing performance can be enhanced. It also has a wetting effect.
